Missionettes Girl’s Clubs share some similarities to Girl Scouts, particularly their devotion to dealing with all girls in a nurturing, helpful, enjoyable, active learning based, mentoring environment. Where they divided off is that the foundation of Missionettes is the Bible in it’s totality. The focus of Missionettes is on mentor practical applications of the concepts set out in the Old Testament, and taught by Jesus in the New Testament. {The mentoring relationship is based on the Titus 2 concept of how the more mature women are to mentor the more youthful women. Group leaders are called sponsors. Sponsors are carefully screened and chosen to make sure that their lives reflect a close walk with God as they live out scriptural concepts in their daily activities and interactions. Sponsors are also required to take a class and test on the overview of Missionettes so that they have the understanding of exactly what this program is, and how it is used as a tool to teach and reach.|The mentoring relationship is based on the Titus 2 concept of how the more mature women are to mentor the more youthful women.
